These are the prices for subscriptions bought on our website (get.vibora.technology). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Web subscriptions are currently available in EU countries.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are sold by Apple through the App Store, at the price and in the currency the App Store shows in your country.

How the subscription works

Free trial. The Yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required; you are not charged during the trial, and we email you at least 2 days before the trial ends.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (year or month) until you cancel.
Cancel any time. Cancel from the app (Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription) or from the link in any email we send. You keep Vibora Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your statement shows VIBORA.

What you need

An iPhone with an Apple Watch, or an iPhone with a supported Garmin watch. Vibora is not available on Android yet.

Questions

I subscribed on the website. How do I unlock the app?

Install Vibora from the App Store, then tap Activate in app on the confirmation page or in the email we sent you. Sign in with Apple when asked — this keeps Vibora Pro on every iPhone you sign in to.

Will I be charged when the trial ends?

Yes, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We remind you by email at least 2 days before the first charge, with the amount and the date.

I already subscribe through the App Store. Do I need a web subscription?

No. One subscription unlocks Vibora Pro everywhere you sign in. Please don’t buy twice — if it happens, write to us and we’ll refund the web charge.

How do I get a refund?

Email support@vibora.technology from the address you used at checkout within 14 days of your first payment. Details are in the Refund Policy.
