Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Vibora Pro subscriptions bought on our website (get.vibora.technology). The seller is Kyrylo Latysh, sole proprietor, Cyprus, trading as Vibora (see Legal).

Bought through the App Store? Apple processes those payments, so refunds for App Store subscriptions can only be requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. This policy does not apply to them.

1. Free trial

• The Yearly plan starts with a free trial (currently 7 days). You are not charged during the trial.
• We email you at least 2 days before the trial ends, with the amount and the date of the first charge.
• Cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

2. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from the app (Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription) or from the link in any email we send you. No need to contact us.
• After you cancel, you keep Vibora Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, it does not renew.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment

If you are not happy with Vibora Pro, write to us within 14 days of your first payment (the first charge after the trial, or your first purchase if there was no trial) and we will refund that payment in full. You don’t have to give a reason.

This guarantee also covers your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

4. Paid but never activated

If you paid but never connected the app to your purchase, we will contact you to help. If you still haven’t activated it 10 days after your first payment, we will offer you a full refund. You can also ask for it yourself at any time during the first 14 days.

5. Renewals

• Yearly renewals: if you forgot to cancel, write to us within 14 days of the renewal charge. If you haven’t tracked a match since the renewal, we will refund the renewal in full.
• Monthly renewals: not refundable. Cancelling stops all future charges.
• Apart from the cases above, we don’t refund partially used periods.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it for up to 14 days and email you. You keep access during this time. If no payment succeeds, the subscription is cancelled.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Access to Vibora Pro ends when the refund is issued.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we will usually solve it faster. If a payment is disputed, access to Vibora Pro is suspended while the dispute is open.

9. Partner discounts and promo codes

Discounted subscriptions are covered by this policy in the same way. The refund is for the amount you actually paid.

10. Contact

Email support@vibora.technology from the address you used at checkout, and include the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
