These Terms govern your use of the Vibora Padel Tracker apps for iPhone, Apple Watch and Garmin, the website vibora.technology and its subdomains, and Vibora Pro subscriptions (together, “Vibora”). Vibora is provided by Kyrylo Latysh, sole proprietor, Cyprus, trading as Vibora (“we”, “us”). Seller details are on the Legal page.
By using Vibora or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Vibora.
Vibora records and analyses your padel matches using sensors in your watch and phone: scoring, heart rate, shot detection, readiness, recovery and related statistics. Some features are free; others require a Vibora Pro subscription. Features may change as we improve the product.
Vibora is a sports and fitness product, not a medical device. Readiness, strain, recovery, heart-rate and similar metrics are estimates for training purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a doctor before starting a training programme or if you have health concerns. Play within your limits.
Don’t misuse Vibora: no reverse engineering except where the law allows it, no attempts to access other users’ data, no interfering with the service, and no unlawful, abusive or misleading content in names, rosters or anything you publish to the community feed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your matches and profile remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to provide Vibora, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you publish a match to the community feed, other users can see it until you unpublish it.
The apps, website, design, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Vibora for your own non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.
We work to keep Vibora reliable, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. Sensor-based measurements can be inaccurate. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Vibora Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid web subscription.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to Vibora is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using Vibora at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms; if we do so without your fault, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid web subscription.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly by email.
